Halloween Safety

The province of Nova Scotia has shared guidelines for communities to be able to enjoy Halloween activities safely.

If you’re trick-or-treating, handing out treats or hosting a Halloween event, please review the guidelines or read the poster below for best practice tips on how to stay safe.

We encourage you to put a sign in your door or window to indicate whether you are participating in trick-or-treating. 

If you are trick-or-treating, please be mindful of signs to know whether you should knock or not.
