The Volunteer may be involved in any form of volunteerism, (i.e., hospital work, serving on boards, 4-H leader, Fire Department volunteer, Recreation Committee member, coach, service club member, choir director, etc). Please restrict your nomination to individuals only! Hard copies of the nomination form are available at Town Hall.
