Applications for the Low-Income Property Tax Exemption are now available for homeowners living in the Town of Antigonish.

Residents who are currently living in their home and have an annual household income of $28,510 or less are eligible to apply.

Homeowners must provide a copy of their 2023 Notice of Assessment with their application. The total tax exemption will be up to $450 of your current tax bill. Applications require a signature from a Commissioner of Oaths, a Town Councillor, or a Notary Public. 

The deadline for submission is June 14, 2024 at 4:30 p.m.

Hard copies can also be picked up in person at Town Hall.
