PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of the Town of Antigonish has approved the following:

1. A development agreement to allow for the development of a mixed-use building containing retail commercial and/or professional offices and up to 24 residential units at 23 Main Street, Antigonish (PIDs 01229616, 01229608, and 01229624).

PLEASE NOTE ALSO that an aggrieved person, adjacent municipality, or the Provincial Director of Planning may appeal this decision to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board within 14 days of the date of the original notice posted on June 18, 2024 to the Town of Antigonish website, www.townofantigonish.ca.
