PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on Friday, December 13, 2025, the Development Officer of the Town of Antigonish approved a non-substantive amendment to a Development Agreement with the property owners of 52 Victoria Street allowing for the development of a two unit dwelling immediately behind 52 Victoria Street on a “Small Lot” to be created by the subdivision of the property.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE Section 230(7) of the Municipal Government Act states: “Amendments to those items in a development agreement that the parties have identified as not substantive, if the substantive items were identified in the agreement, or that were not identified as being substantive, do not require a public hearing.”
