Work on Bay Street continues to finish the work between Haley Road and Adam Street. To move power lines to the new poles that were installed on Tuesday, there will be a planned power outage on Friday, April 17 from 12:30 a.m. to 6 a.m.

This outage will impact the following areas:

• Bay Street
• Sisters of St. Martha’s
• Fernwood Drive
• Mount Cameron Circle
  • Civic numbers: 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 15, 17, 23, 25, 26, 27, 30, 35 

Please note Parkland Antigonish and St. Martha’s Regional Hospital will not be impacted. 

This work does not require traffic control measures.
