Please be advised the Town of Antigonish will be conducting street paving in various locations starting Monday, October 2 which will take approximately two weeks to complete.

The areas of work include:

• Xavier Drive
• Arbor Drive Extension
• College Street
• St. Andrews Street
• Creighton Lane.  

Traffic control measures will be in place, including partial street/lane closures and detours when needed. Motorists and pedestrians should travel with caution when entering the work area. 

The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Town Electric Utility is advising residents of a planned power outage required for equipment repairs on Thursday, September 14 from 12 a.m. to 2 a.m.

The following areas will be without power:
West Street
St. Ninian Street
Hillcrest Street
Cedar Terrace
Highland Drive from West Street to Braemore Avenue
