Take notice that the Town of Antigonish Council has given First Reading to and will give Second and Final Reading to the adoption of a Vending By-law.

The purpose of the Vending By-law is to regulate the sale of food, beverages, or other services or merchandise by vendors who operate a stand on public and private property, where permitted under the Land Use By-law. It is intended to replace the Trade and License By-law and the Mobile Vendors By-law.
