Expected Timeframe: Week of October 20th

Streets Affected: Main Street and Hawthorne Street

Order of Work: Work will begin on Main Street, followed by Hawthorne Street, moving from the north end of Town down to Main Street. The project is expected to be completed over several days during the week of October 20th.

Please be advised that asphalt patching will take place during the week of October 20th on Main Street and Hawthorne Street. Work will start on Main Street, then continue down Hawthorne from the north end toward Main. 

Traffic control procedures will be in place, generally involving stop-and-go traffic or detours. Hazard markers will be in place, and motorists are asked to use caution when driving through the areas. 

Please note that parking will be temporarily restricted in the sections where asphalt patching is taking place. Signage will be posted in advance to indicate affected areas. 

Delays can be expected, and motorists should allow for additional time in reaching their destination and/or consider alternate routes. Streetlights will be turned off temporarily during some portions of the work.
