Public Notice - Rainfall Warning

A significant amount of rain is expected over the next couple of days. Please check around your home to make sure the water has a place to go. The frozen ground will limit the amount of rainfall/snow melt that will be absorbed.

Public Notice - Road Closure, Thursday February 22

Please be advised that Pleasant Street from College Street to Hawthorne Street, as well as Acadia Street is closed to the vehicle traffic. Detours will be place. The Town of Antigonish apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.

Public Notice - Sewer Repair Work, Thursday February 22

Motorists please be advised that due to sewer repair work on Thursday February 22nd, Pleasant Street between College Street and Hawthorne Street will be open to local traffic only.

Please note that Town Hall will be closed Monday, February 19, 2024 for Nova Scotia Heritage Day.  Town Hall will return to normal municipal operations Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 8:30 a.m.
