Since awarding the tender to B.D. Clifton, the Town and the contractor have been finalizing preparations for the first day of on-the-ground work on Monday, July 20. 

The Town of Antigonish has awarded the tender for Screening and Aerations Upgrades for the Town’s Sewer Treatment Plant (STP) front end to Avondale Construction for an amount of $6,282,365.00 (+HST). This project will be jointly funded by a grant from the Province of Nova Scotia, The Town of Antigonish, and the Municipality of the County of Antigonish.

The Town of Antigonish has awarded the tender for the next phase of the Active Transportation (AT) Trail to B.D. Clifton Contracting Limited. The contract amount is $834,846 (+HST).
