The Town of Antigonish has been made aware of a scam in our community targeting Electric Utility customers. Residents are receiving phone calls from an individual claiming to work for the Town of Antigonish and threatening to turn off their power due to non-payment on their account.

The Regional Sport Field (Central Field) has been re-opened for public use as of May 26, 2021. The field is open for residents to use during the day-light hours.

Residents are receiving phone calls from an unknown number saying they won a prize about having a water test done by a private company and the individuals conducting the test will come to their home.
