Please note that Asphalt Patching Work will be taking place starting May 31 to June 8. Various traffic control procedures will be involved, including partial street/lane closures.
National Emergency Preparedness Week is an annual event that takes place each year during the full full week in May and is an opportunity to encourage Canadians to take concrete actions to be better prepared to protect themselves and their families during emergencies.
This year, the local Emergency Management Team will be holding a public information session on May 9th at the People's Place Library in Antigonish.

A Public Participation Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 9th at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers located at 274 Main Street to inform and gather views of the public on amendments to the Town of Antigonish's Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-Law.
