Canada Nova Scotia Targeted Housing Benefit
Are you a low-income homeowner? Do you spend more than 50 percent of your income to run your home? Direct support is available for eligible homeowners through the Canada-Nova Scotia Targeted Housing Benefit. Working together, we are making housing more affordable for vulnerable people.
Community Update: New Years Levee Cancelled
The Town of Antigonish, Municipality of the County of Antigonish and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 59 have made the difficult decision to cancel our annual New Years Levee due to COVID-19.
Pop-Up COVID-19 Testing in Antigonish
Nova Scotia Public Health recently announced they are expanding COVID-19 asymptomatic testing across the province. These tests can help Public Health detect positive cases in people who don’t have symptoms and help prevent the spread of the virus. It is an opportunity for Nova Scotians to help keep each other safe, especially as we approach the holiday season.
